Originating in the Yucatan Peninsula in 1910, and established since 1988, Mayito stands for four generations of family baking recipes. Our high-quality, fresh-baked goods deliver exquisite, unique flavours to treat you and your loved ones.
Our founder, Maria Eugenia Azarcoya Ponce, known as "Mayito,” has adapted most of the family recipes- giving unique and tasty flavours to each one of our recipes.
Guided by her direction and following her entrepreneurship, we have decided to continue her legacy by delivering the same high-quality baked treats to our customers in our two branches - Merida, Yucatan, Mexico (run by her daughter Maru), and Vancouver, Canada (run by her son Rolando).
